Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Process management, Team handling, MIS reporting, Vendor coordination
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, proactive attitude

Your responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager (Asm), your work will include:

• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• You'll monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• You'll coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
