A new Assistant Store Incharge role is open at Swiss Castle Bakery, Manikonda, Hyderabad. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Customer handling, Negotiation, Target achievement, CRM
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, confident attitude

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
