Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Malayalam, Tamil

Roles and responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Malayalam and Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil
• You are detail-oriented and persuasive

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
