The Candidate Would Be Responsible For Hr & Admin Operations Along With Managnig The Front Office For This New Age Company. The Person Should Have Good Communication Skills And Should Be Preferably From Real Estate Background. Working Days Are 6 Days/Week And Timings Are 9:30Am To 7Pm And Might Require Stretch Sometimes Basis Work Requirements. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll and MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
