The Role Involves Handling Customer Queries, Providing Basic Software Guidance, Coordinating With Technical Teams, And Learning Logistics Processes Such As Import, Export, Shipping, Invoicing, And Documentation. Your responsibilities

As a Customer Support Coordinator, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
