1.Assist The Company In All Legal Matters Including Documentation, Compliance, And Dispute Resolution.2.Create And Manage Comprehensive Transfer Sets For Clients With Accuracy And Completeness.3.Handle Direct Coordination/Communication With Company Directors For Client-Related Matters Or Escalations.4.Facilitate Issuance Of Allotment Letters And Oversee Drafting Of Builder Buyer Agreements.5.Draft And Vet Transfer Files Ensuring Compliance With Legal Norms And Company Policies.6.Assist Clients In Updating Payment Records And Provide Accurate Transaction Details And Issuing Payment Receipt.7.Coordinate And Oversee Execution Of Conveyance Deeds And Registry At The Sub-Registrars Office.8.Ensure Smooth Handover/Takeover Of Units, Maintaining A Seamless Experience For Clients With Builder. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Teamwork, Basic computer use, Time management, Communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
