T. Associates is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month. The team is filling 20 vacancies.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
