A Bpo Telecaller Is Responsible For Managing Inbound And Outbound Phone Communications With Clients. They Drive Sales Through Cold Calling, Resolve Customer Queries, And Update Account Details In Crm Software. This Role Requires Strong Negotiation And Active Listening Skills To Meet Individual Performance Targets. Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
