Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
