A new Billing Assistant role is open at Tag Outfit, Karol Bagh, Delhi. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Employer’s description

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bank reconciliation, TDS, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are numerate and organised

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You'll reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
