What the job involves

As a Customer Relationship Officer (Cro), your work will include:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Target achievement, CRM, Lead generation, Customer handling
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and persuasive
