Your responsibilities

As an Executive Hr, your work will include:

• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Payroll, HRMS, MS Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
