Manage Daily Inward And Outward Dispatch Of Yarn Materials.Prepare And Maintain Dispatch Records, Challans, Invoices, And Transport Details.Keep Track Of Customer Payment Collection Records And Outstanding Payments.

• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing
• Male Only

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Dispatch Executive, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
