Talent Spark is looking for a Collection to join its team in Kurla, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month. There are 3 open positions.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Customer acquisition, Documentation and MS Excel
• No English required

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

What you get

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
