We Are Hiring Customer Service Executives For A Banking Process. Location Salt Lake Sector V, Salary Upto 15K Ctc, 6 Working Days, 1 Rotational Week Off, Shift Rotational , No Nightshift For Females. Type : Outbound, Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 per month.
