Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Booking Air Tickets, Rail Tickets And Hotels. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude
