We Are Looking For A Smart, Confident And Customer-Friendly Front Desk Manager For Our Party Hall.Job Responsibilities:Attend Walk-In Customers, Calls & Whatsapp Enquiries.Explain Party Packages, Menus, Pricing, Dj, Decoration & Other Services.Show The Venue To Prospective Customers.Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Packages.Regularly Follow Up With Enquiries And Leads.Convince Customers And Convert Enquiries Into Confirmed Bookings.Maintain Booking, Payment And Follow-Up Records.Coordinate With The Operations Team For Confirmed Events.Achieve Monthly Sales And Booking Targets.Skills Required: Good Communication, Customer Handling, Sales, Negotiation & Basic Computer/Whatsapp Knowledge. Compensation

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.
