Front Desk Manager

Tangewala Party Hall is looking for a Front Desk Manager to join its team in Mahavir Enclave, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

The Role Includes Generating Leads, Handling Customer Inquiries, Conducting Venue Tours, Preparing Quotations, Negotiating Prices, And Closing Sales. The Candidate Will Maintain Client Relationships, Coordinate With Operations For Smooth Event Execution, Achieve Monthly Sales Targets, And Ensure Excellent Customer Satisfaction. Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Sales Skills Are Essential. Previous Experience In Banquet, Hotel, Hospitality, Or Event Sales Is Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
