We Are Looking For A Smart, Confident And Customer-Friendly Front Desk Manager For Our Party Hall.Job Responsibilities:Attend Walk-In Customers, Calls & Whatsapp Enquiries.Explain Party Packages, Menus, Pricing, Dj, Decoration & Other Services.Show The Venue To Prospective Customers.Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Packages.Regularly Follow Up With Enquiries And Leads.Convince Customers And Convert Enquiries Into Confirmed Bookings.Maintain Booking, Payment And Follow-Up Records.Coordinate With The Operations Team For Confirmed Events.Achieve Monthly Sales And Booking Targets.Skills Required: Good Communication, Customer Handling, Sales, Negotiation & Basic Computer/Whatsapp Knowledge. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and dependable

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
