Responsibilities:Manage Pf, Esi, Pt, And Other Statutory Compliance Activities.Handle Attendance, Leave Management, And Payroll Inputs.Maintain Employee Records, Onboarding,Knowledge Of Pf, Esi, And Labor Laws. Experience With Erp/Hrms And Ms Excel Good Documentation And Communication Skills Attention To Detail And Compliance Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, Labour law basics and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and people-oriented

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
