Billing Executive

Tarun Enterprises is looking for a Billing Executive to join its team in Tajpur road, Ludhiana. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with TDS, Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, GST
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are accurate and organised

Day-to-day work

As a Billing Executive, your work will include:

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
