Coordinate With Vendors, Candidates And The Internal Team. Good English, Confidence And Computer Skills Required. No Field Sales.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting
