A new Recruitment Executive role is open at Tat Hr Solution, Dankuni, Kolkata. There are 5 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you will do

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude
