Collections Executive

A new Collections Executive role is open at Tata 1mg Authorised Collection Centre, Arjunganj, Lucknow. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Customer acquisition, Financial products, Documentation, Compliance
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and persuasive

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
