Customer Support Executive

Tata 1Mg Labs is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Sector 62 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month. There are 15 open positions.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive
