Key responsibilities
Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
- You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
- Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
- Manage collections and track overdue accounts
- Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
Who can apply
- No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
- Graduate or equivalent
- Comfortable with Documentation, MS Excel, Compliance, Financial products
