Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations.

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing, Email etiquette
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Someone well spoken and dependable

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
