Key responsibilities

As an Hr Assistant, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Recruitment, Labour law basics, Screening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are organised and people-oriented

Salary

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹82,000 per month.
