Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HRMS, Labour law basics and Screening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are people-oriented and organised

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
