Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹24,000 – ₹48,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, Payroll and Recruitment
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
