Tata Digitde is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Hi Tech City, Hyderabad. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
