We Are Hiring Tele Collection Executives For Our Bpo Collections Process. The Role Involves Contacting Customers To Recover Overdue Loan Or Emi Payments, Providing Payment-Related Assistance, And Ensuring Timely Collections While Delivering Excellent Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi

Day-to-day work

• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Inbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
