Team Ideal Private Limited is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Thane, Mumbai. There are 20 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: KYC, Compliance, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
