Collection Telecaller

Team Ideal Pvt Ltd is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Royapettah, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, Documentation and Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
