Team Up Agency wants to bring on a Back Office Sales Assistant for its Odhav, Ahmedabad team. You can earn up to ₹24,000/month.

Maintain Missed Order Files And Record Discrepancies. Prepare And Share Quotations And Pricelist Files Periodically. Attend Inbound Calls And Inquiries. Maintained Data Base Of Inbound Enquiries (Name, Contact Number)Receive And Acknowledge Client Feedback. Managing Schedules, Preparing Reports And Maintaining Sales Records. Prepare Sales Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
