What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
