We Are Looking For A Responsible And Proactive Admin Floater To Support Operations Across Our Clinics In Delhi Ncr. The Candidate Will Be Required To Travel To Different Clinic Locations To Manage Administrative Responsibilities During Staff Week-Offs, Leave Coverage, Or Operational Requirements. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Typing, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, organised attitude
