Ensure Smooth Hr Operations And Office Coordination Maintain Company Policies And Employee Discipline. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Screening, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
