Techno Task Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Care Associate in Kuvempu Nagar, Mysuru. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Sales, Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
