Drive Retention, Appraisals, Performance Monitoring, Training, Conflict Resolution, And Employee Development. Partner With Leadership To Create A Motivated, High-Per. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Screening, Payroll and Recruitment
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude
