In This Role, You Will Act As The First Point Of Contact For Customers, Handling Inbound Inquiries, Troubleshooting Issues, And Delivering High-Quality Customer Service Via Phone, Email, Or Live Chat While Adhering To Operational. Your responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
