Technoverse Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Dombivali, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Customer Complaints And Escalations Received Through Email, Chat, Phone Calls, And Online Platforms.Investigate Customer Concerns Related To Orders, Deliveries, Payments, Product Issues, And Service Quality. Coordinate With Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Technical Teams To Resolve Customer Issues Efficiently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, CRM, Local market knowledge and Lead generation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
