Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Counsellor, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Local market knowledge, Presentation, Lead generation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and persuasive
