Call Center Executive

Telecloud is looking for a Call Center Executive to join its team in Matigara, Siliguri. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. The team is filling 10 vacancies.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales
• Someone persuasive and confident

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
