Hr Manager Telecomresponsible For End-To-End Hr Operations Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compliance. Partner With Business Leaders To Meet Workforce Needs, Drive Engagement, And Support Organizational Goals. Ensure Adherence To Labor Laws And Company Policies, Manage Compensation And Benefits, And Oversee Training And Development Programs. Analyze Hr Metrics And Maintain Employee Records.Requirements: Bachelors Degree In Hr/Business, 36 Years Hr Experience (Telecom Preferred), Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Knowledge Of Labor Laws. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Screening, Recruitment
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
