Telenext Infinity Global Llp is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. 22 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi
• A persuasive, ethical attitude

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
