Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi

What you get

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
