Tender India wants to bring on a Tender Executive for its Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad team. There are 20 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
