Job Description:We Are Looking For An Experienced Gem And Tender Executive To Handle Our Procurement And Bidding Processes.Key Responsibilities:Daily Monitoring Of Government Tenders On Gem (Government E-Marketplace) And Other Portal Websites.Searching Relevant Tenders, Analyzing Eligibility Criteria, And Preparing Bid Documents.Handling Gem Portal Activities: Product Uploading, Oem Registration, L1 Bidding, Direct Purchase, And Order Processing.Preparing And Submitting Technical And Financial Bids (Online/Offline).Coordination With Clients Or Departments For Documentation And Tender Submission.Tracking Submitted Tenders And Following Up On Emd/Security Deposit Refunds. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
