Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, Record Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Someone organised and dependable

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
